Do you accept Visa or Mastercard?

Sure, you can pay using Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

Where can I use my gift card or promo code?

After placing all your desired items to cart, click on the Cart link. Enter the gift card number or promo code to the „Coupon“ box and click „Apply Coupon“ button so that the code gets applied accordingly.

Do you store my credit card information?

No, we do not store any credit card information.

Please be aware that deliveries are impacted in some countries due to Coronavirus. See below for the full list of countries we are currently able to send packages to.

If your country is not listed, please get in touch with us so we can specify the current situation with our delivery partners.

Due to reduced flight availability and measures taken by postal service providers to fight the Coronavirus the estimated delivery times might take additional 10-15 days to reach you.

Do you offer International deliveries and how much does it cost?

Yes, we are happy to serve people all over the world. Our delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and delivery destination. After adding all your items to Cart click the „Calculate Chipping“ button to see the estimated delivery cost.

The final delivery cost is calculated after entering full address details.

How long does the delivery take?

Depending on where you live it can take up to 1-3 weeks when using standard mail.

1-8 days when using Itella SmartPost

Can I track my order?

All the packages are sent with a tracking code. When your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email with confirmation and a tracking code.

What shipping methods do you offer?

For domestic orders, we use Omniva or Itella SmartPost. For International deliveries, you can choose Omniva Parcel service. International orders are sent with tracking included.

For all free deliveries, we use Omniva or SmartPost. Free International shipments are sent by Omniva Parcel service that comes with tracking.
